Aptitude Security’s cyber security services are limited to technical implementation, system configuration, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance undertaken in accordance with client‑specified or client‑approved requirements.
These services do not include the provision of security advice, recommendations, assessments, or consultancy for reward within the meaning of section 5 of the Private Security Personnel and Private Investigators Act 2010.
Responsibility for cyber security risk assessment and control selection remains with the client or their appointed advisors.
